E-Waste Management Rules — EPR

Producers of electrical and electronic equipment (including IT, telecom, lighting and consumer products) must register on the CPCB EPR portal, meet annual collection targets, and file quarterly returns. Refurbishers, recyclers and dismantlers must obtain separate registration.
