1. What Compliance Radar is — and isn't
Compliance Radar ("the service", accessible at complianceradar.in and app.complianceradar.in) provides informational compliance and government-incentive intelligence for Indian businesses. It surfaces regulations, schemes, deadlines, and penalty provisions that may apply to a business profile you describe, with citations to official sources.
It is not legal, tax, or professional advice, and using it does not create an advocate–client or accountant–client relationship. Regulations change, interpretations differ, and our coverage is not exhaustive. Always verify against the cited source and consult a qualified CA, CS, or lawyer before acting on a specific obligation.
2. Accounts
You sign in with a Google account. You're responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the business information you provide. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.
3. Free tier, subscriptions, and payments
New accounts get 3 complete queries free. The paid plan is ₹49/month for 10 queries per month plus watcher monitoring, with optional ₹49 top-ups of 10 additional queries. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details. You can cancel anytime from the billing page — access continues until the end of the paid period. Amounts already charged for a billing period are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or the service materially failed to work; write to support@complianceradar.in and we'll be reasonable.
4. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no scraping at scale, reselling output as your own database, probing or disrupting the infrastructure, or using it for unlawful purposes. Quota limits exist so the service stays affordable; circumventing them is a breach of these terms.
5. Your content, our content
You own the business descriptions and profiles you submit. You grant us the licence needed to process them — run the analysis, store your profiles, and operate the watcher. We don't sell your data or train models on it (see the Privacy Policy).
The service's software, design, and curated corpus structure are ours. The underlying laws, gazettes, and notifications are public documents; our citations point you to them.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". We work hard on accuracy and citation fidelity, but we don't warrant that results are complete, current, or error-free, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for penalties, losses, or missed deadlines arising from reliance on the service without verification against the cited source.
7. Changes and termination
We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date, and continued use means acceptance. You can delete your account and profiles at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
8. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions, complaints, grievances: support@complianceradar.in.
