Hazardous Waste Authorisation

Generators, transporters, recyclers and disposal facilities of hazardous and other wastes (as defined in Schedule I/II) must obtain authorisation from the State PCB under the 2016 Rules and file the annual return in Form IV by 30 June.

Authorisation now combined with CTO at most State PCBs — Maharashtra MPCB and Gujarat GPCB issue a combined consent.
