If the unit is set up inside an MIDC industrial estate (Kagal-Hatkanangale Five-Star MIDC, Shiroli, Gokul Shirgaon), allotment is via MIDC's plot allotment portal. If outside MIDC, the agricultural land must first be converted to non-agricultural (NA) by the Collector under MLR Code Sec 42.
