What it means in practice

MIDC Plot Allotment / NA Permission for Industrial Use is administered by Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) / Collector, Kolhapur. The obligation is grounded in Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961 + Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 (MID Act Sec 13–14; MLR Code Sec 42).
