Targets 18 traditional trades (carpenter, blacksmith, goldsmith, potter, cobbler, mason, weaver of mats/brooms, etc.) with skill training stipend of Rs 500/day, toolkit incentive of Rs 15,000, and collateral-free loans of Rs 1 lakh + Rs 2 lakh at concessional 5% interest.
